It's so easy to become consumed with social media - we've all been there. Sites like Facebook are engineered specifically to boost your dopamine, or as I call it "your happy chemical"... it's as addicting as delicious food, sex and even illicit drugs like cocaine... and like cocaine, the high doesn't last, and the letdown leaves you worse off and searching for more.
